How does your “Fit Guarantee” work?
The London's Source For Sports 20 day fit guarantee means you will be satisfied with your purchase, even after you've tried them. If you aren't 100% happy with the fit or performance within 20 days of purchase, return the shoe and we will get you into a shoe that better fits your needs. Source For Sports only asks that the buyer beware…of comfort. 20 Day fit guarantee applies to customers fit in our store by one of our professionals. Customers who are dissatisfied with comfort or fit that have ordered online are responsible for shipping back to our location for exchange.
What if I'm from London but want to purchase online?
Because of the increasing threat of credit card fraud, Source For Sports has a policy that any London based customers pick their items up at our location. Customers may call or reserve their item or product online, but must pick and pay for their product physically at our store location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What if I am outside of London (surrounding area) and want to purchase online?
We will gladly ship you your in-stock product within 24 hours (based on availability). Shipping costs are calculated on purchased dollars spent. Orders received after 3 PM Friday will be shipped the following Monday for delivery Tuesday (if delivery location is within the courier next day service) Any order received after 3 PM Monday to Friday will ship the following day. If a shipping error is made (wrong product or size), Source For Sports London will exchange the product at our expense.
Is your website strictly an e-commerce website?
Not at all. As much as we want to provide our customers with the convenience of shopping online, we also want to stay connected with our local customers who want to see our selection and stock prior to visiting our store. We will constantly be offering online discounts and special pricing through our website so make sure to visit frequently for special offers.
If I purchase an item at sourcelondon.com, can I return it to another Source For Sports location?
Yes. Any item purchased online or in-store from London 's Source For Sports can be returned to any other Source For Sports location.
Can you send me an online catalogue?
Because our inventory and selection changes daily, we are unable to capture product in catalogue form. Please check www.sourcelondon.com daily for the most updated pricing and inventory.
What if I'm purchasing an item online and I live in the US ?
All products shipped to the US are subject manufacturing regulations and distribution. Shipping prices will vary and online pricing subject to currency fluctuation. Additional brokerage fees, Customs fees and Duty will be passed onto the customer, as Source For Sports will not incur this additional cost. Please call 1-800-380-4570 for details
What if I want an item that I don't see on your website?
We are able to special order products not found on our website or in our store. All special orders will not be offered at the sale price found online and the timeline for getting product to our customers depends on manufacturing availability. An additional charge may apply to cover shipping from the manufacturer to Source For Sports. Custom up-charges may apply as well. Please call for further details. |
