At London’s Source for Sports, we are committed to providing the best online shopping experience. To help protect your shipments, we offer optional Route Shipping Protection on our online orders from www.sourcelondon.com. 

Route is a tracking and shipping protection provider that is unaffiliated with London’s Source for Sports. With Route Shipping Protection, customers are protected from damage, loss or theft of online orders. More information can be found on the Route website. 

Important Policy Regarding Route Shipping Protection and Online Orders

1. Orders Not Protected by Route Shipping Protection
   Online orders that do not include Route Shipping Protection at checkout are not eligible for shipping-related claims or resolutions through London’s Source for Sports or Source for Sports Canada. This includes, but is not limited to, lost, stolen or damaged products. 

2. Route Shipping Protection Cannot Be Added After Checkout
   Route Shipping Protection must be added during the checkout process and cannot be added after the order is placed. We strongly recommend selecting Route Shipping Protection at checkout if you want protection for your shipment. 

3. Claim Process for Protected Orders

If your order was protected with Route Shipping Protection, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted directly through Route at https://claims.route.com/
London’s Source for Sports does not manage or process Route Shipping Protection claims, and all claim outcomes are determined by Route. 

4. In-Store Pickup Orders

Orders placed for in-store pickup do not require Route Shipping Protection. Route Shipping protection can be toggled off in Your Cart. If Route Shipping Protection is accidentally left on, we will manually refund the protection fee to your original payment method. 

5. Refund of Route Fees for In-Store Pickup

Refunds for Route Shipping Protection fees (on eligible in-store pickup orders only) are processed online and returned via your original payment method. You can expect the refund within 2-4 business days. This refund process is handled entirely through Shopify’s payment system and not directly by London’s Source for Sports.
